I’m interested to see who the investor in TNA is and this promo from the Wolves has me slightly looking forward to next week’s Impact. Never thought I’d be saying that in 2014. Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards aren’t the most enthusiastic in this clip but to me their matches inside the ring more than makes up so I can live with it. I hope for the sake of pro wrestling that TNA takes the ball and runs with this program. I’m not expecting anything to come from any of this because TNA has conditioned me to expect the worst when it comes to potentially promising angles with their product. I hope it turns out to be someone we’ve never seen or at least haven’t seen in TNA for a long time, like MVP or Desmond Wolfe (Nigel McGuinness.) The show will be taking place in Scotland so imagine if it turned out to be Prince Devitt or even someone from WRESTLE-1. That would be amazing. Someone representing ROH that leads to a potential alliance between the two promotions would also be exciting. I’m 99% sure that I’m just talking out loud and none of the possibilites I mentioned will happen so I’m just going to say this last - If it turns out to be Jeff Jarrett and/or AJ Styles I’ll never watch TNA again.

Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards, “The American Wolves,” made their NXT debut tonight at the TV tapings as “the American Pitbulls” in a losing effort against the NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension in a non-title match that will air on tv on Dec 18th.
